Presentation performance – October 13th 2007

Apart from fostering individual expression, the modularity and guided construction are an added value of the System 2k07, given that each user can adapt it according to his/her needs and mobility, by manipulating an integrated product, from the perspective of a coordinated image. By being able to combine only seven components, which make up the System 2k07 assembly kit, five types of bags / containers can be assembled: BOX, LAPTOP, POCKET, PORTFOLIO and STREET, variations of the same kit, whose easy handling is a must for this type of product. Likewise, the Drizzle System, apart from the possibility of adding it to the System 2k07 and thus acting as its first extension, is the fastest optimal solution for individual protection. The possibility of adding / replacing other parts, when desired by any user, always under the concept of DIY – do it yourself – defines this system which is under constant expansion, work in progress design, in which new elements may eventually become part of and / or replace older elements. The System line is, and always will be at heart, an open design system.

The launch of the System 2k07, on October 13th 2007, was backed by Cristina Guerra – Contemporary Art, Vera Cortês- Agência de Arte and Appleton Square.

On the 7th November 2009, the System Project was awarded with the National Design Award - Sena da Silva, in the Fashion / Textile category .
